Project information
Every project starts with our New Client Questionnaire. It walks through your goals for the space, your timeline, the design preferences you already have in mind, and your budget. A member of our team reviews your answers and follows up with any questions before we ever set foot in your home.
Free estimate
We don't hand you a single number. Materials, finishes, and design decisions all move the final cost, so we give you a range instead, built from our own project history and current pricing.
Three price points, not one

In-home consultation
We meet at your home, in person. We talk through door styles, wood species, and finish for every room involved, take field measurements ourselves, and walk the space looking for anything, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, that could affect the install before it becomes a surprise later.
Design and final quoting
Using CAD software, we build out detailed plans and 3D renderings so you can see the kitchen, closet, or built-in before a single board is cut. We revise until the design is right.
Design Development Retainer

Construction
A deposit secures your spot on our build list and lets us order materials right away, which is why it's non-refundable: it covers materials and labor we've already committed to your project. We accept cash, check, ACH, or Zelle. We don't take credit cards.
Payment schedule

- Deposit, secures your place on the build list. Non-refundable.
- 30%
- Due before delivery and installation.
- 20%
- Due on completion.
Installation
Our installation team brings the finished cabinetry to your home and fits it with precision, protecting your floors and surfaces throughout. Every door and drawer gets checked for smooth, correct function before we call a project finished, and we walk it with you before we leave.
